This is the second Yukata Kimono that I’ve purchased. The first one lasted many years of almost daily wearing. Over time it only got softer and more comfortable to wear. Only the waist belt finally started to fray and show its age. I loved wearing it. My new one is equally well made and the material is soft and sturdy. I’m 180 cm tall bought the LL size. It’s really generous in length and circumference on me. I probably would have gotten away with the size L okay. I highly recommend this robe and applaud the seller for their very fast efficient service.

It's a beautiful, easy, light, and elegant kimono to wear on top of my all black outfit. It automatically turns a black pants and t shirt into a period piece, my modern take with a good traditional Haori to top it with. Thank you!

Background colour exactly as per website photo (ie pale green not turquoise) plus beautifully detailwd print design. Perfect mid calf length (I am 5'3"), and very soft cotton, stitched well.

Probably the best purchase of my life, im german canadian and most of the robes that are available are extremely thick and not well made at all and cause me to overheat but this one is perfect, its also very nice to wear as casualwear.

I've had a yukata from Universal Robes before and this one lived up to their usual excellent standards. One comment on sizing. I'm 185cm and 99kg. Although the standard size is just about acceptable, I much prefer this plus size. That may be a useful comment for others.

Universal robes supplied me with a beautiful yukata. It is everything I would expect from a high quality Japanese manufacturer. The price is higher than for yukata made in China, but, in my opinion, well worth the difference.

The quality of this robe is very impressive. It made a great gift for my husband.

As a fairly large waisted bloke I was struggling to find a Yukata anywhere near big enough without having one hand made.
