Probably the best purchase of my life, im german canadian and most of the robes that are available are extremely thick and not well made at all and cause me to overheat but this one is perfect, its also very nice to wear as casualwear.

I've had a yukata from Universal Robes before and this one lived up to their usual excellent standards. One comment on sizing. I'm 185cm and 99kg. Although the standard size is just about acceptable, I much prefer this plus size. That may be a useful comment for others.

Universal robes supplied me with a beautiful yukata. It is everything I would expect from a high quality Japanese manufacturer. The price is higher than for yukata made in China, but, in my opinion, well worth the difference.

The quality of this robe is very impressive. It made a great gift for my husband.

The light cotton used here is absolutely perfect for my summer in the Coachella Valley. We cool our house to 80F, and try to dress as lightly as possible. I had a heavy cotton robe all winter, but needed this new one for summer.
