Shipping policy

For orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Japan time on business days, we will do our best to process and ship within the same day.

Items are dispatched from Japan. Depending on the country of destination, customs duties and import taxes may be levied separately. Please check the relevant tax regulations for each country for further details. Customs duties will be charged by the delivery company. We are generally unable to accept cancellations of orders where payment of customs duties is refused.
